All of our beef is 100% grass fed and Finished. On our ranch we rotationally graze our cattle where they get a fress salad bar of diverse grasses each day. We also move a free choice mineral feeder with them to make sure they have all of the nutrients, minerals, and vitamins that they need. This combination of moving our animals onto fresh vegetative grass and available mineral, leads to a product that not only tastes great but is incredibly nutrient dense.

We sell beef both in retail and bulk.

Retail is a way to get specific items from our farm. Because we can only fill so many bulk processing dates, we process certain animals for retail sale. ​

Bulk is a great way to get value and work with the butcher to get the cuts you'll use, not the ones you won't, and any specialty items you may want.
